Telling time in style with Cluse
When it comes to watches, I'm very picky. I dislike watches that appear bulky or feel too heavy. I prefer a classic style opposed to something trendy that will be outdated by the next season. When I stumbled across this Cluse La Roche Gold White Marble/Black Watch, I knew I had found a winner! Call me a sucker for marble (because I am) but I just couldn't pass this gem up! The marble watch face is what sold me.
I've been searching for a watch that goes with everything but still makes a statement. I gravitated toward a black band because it's a color I wear often and goes with almost any outfit option in my wardrobe. Gold is my chosen accent color for any jewelry. I wear gold 99% of the time so I knew if my watch was going to have some metallic accent to it, it needed to be gold. I love that the gold is more matte than a shiny finish so it keeps the overall aesthetic of the watch nice and clean looking. I also appreciate the minimal appearance of the watch hands and that there aren't any numbers present -- it keeps the watch face sleek and doesn't distract from the marble accent.
Can we also talk about the packaging?! Receiving a marble and gold watch in a marble and gold embossed box with a blush miniature instruction/watch care envelope just about made my designer heart explode with happiness.
