Jujubeet Bellevue Grand Opening

I had the pleasure of visiting Jujubeet in Bellevue for the grand opening party with sweets, treats and juices galore! I brought my dear friend and Seattle-based photographer Kami with me -- I had a feeling she would be the perfect guest to bring since she's a passionate vegan and an advocate for health and fitness!

From the exterior decor to the interior's vibe, I have a feeling I'll be making this place one of my "regular" visits!

I love the bright pops of color, sleek menu design, chalkboard menu boards and the variations of plants and styled knick knacks in the space. I also of course, couldn't get enough of the marble counter and tabletops.

I've recently become a huge fan of green juice blends and smoothies, particularly those that taste less like veggies and are more on the fruity-side. I was thrilled to see the various selections on the menu for both food and beverages. (I'm already eyeing the crepes and acai bowls!) However, I couldn't stray away from my green smoothie craving so I went with the highly-recommended Be Green smoothie...yum! And wow, was it worth the hype!

Among sipping on our smoothies we got to try Kombucha samples, energy balls as well as vegan cheese and pesto dip! Who knew eating healthy could taste THIS good?!

I already am counting down my next visit to Jujubeet and might even consider investing in one of their juice cleanses for good measure! After all, summer is just right around the corner.
