Getting cozy with Kersh

It's officially getting chilly here in Seattle as winter approaches, so that means, the more cozy layers the better! I did a closet cleanse before fall hit and got rid of all of my old and worn out sweaters and outerwear so that meant I was in desperate need of restocking these items in my wardrobe -- but this time around, I was looking for quality and style. After discovering the clothing brand Kersh I quickly realized this was possible.
I picked out the Suede Bonded Sherpa Vest due to its beautiful detailing with the front pockets and zippers and its soft appearance. I was happily surprised that it was even more soft in person! I receive countless compliments when I style this vest, it goes with everything all while making the perfect statement in any look I pair it with.
I love a look I can dress up or down for work, running errands or date night. So I knew I wanted to pair this vest with other items that could be just as versatile. Another find from Kersh was the Oversized Pullover Sweater in a beautiful natural beige color. This is by far one of the softest and most comfortable sweaters I've ever owned! It goes with everything and can be easily layered under a jacket, vest or worn over the top of a button up.
My Nordstrom print leggings have such a bold print I often find myself feeling weary of what to wear them with. However, the shades of tan, black and pops of orange and yellow ended up complimenting my sweater and vest perfectly! The entire color scheme of this outfit truly embraces the colors of fall.
For shoes, my studded Halogen heels are the perfect touch to dressing this look up for evening or work. I love when shoes are capable of transforming an outfit for a specific occasion or time of day.
Because my leggings are so bold in this outfit, I wanted to keep accessories to a minimum. However, that's not to say you can't still make a statement. My black lace choker from Forever21 was the perfect touch to this look and helped compliment the darker shades in my look. It also added a nice hint of drama but still looks understated when paired with the various layers I am wearing.
I would be lying if I said my Buffalo & Co. 'Everyday Tote' bucket bag hasn't become my go-to everyday staple. As much as I try to carry a smaller bag for everyday use, it just isn't realistic for what all I carry with me. This tote is the perfect size for holding all of my necessities while not being too bulky. I also love the fact it's 100% leather and wears so well. The detailing with the front tie and side stitching is also a beautiful touch. This bag goes with so many of my outfits and is appropriate for day or night -- as seen paired with this look.
